November 1st

Go to your Plan, and in the upper right, click "History." You can see your previous months there and plan for future ones. Once you plan, say, November, you can then plan December, then January, etc.

I'm having trouble with this; when I click History it just says "No history available." I'd love to set up an automatic monthly funding plan like I had in Mvelopes. Thanks!

Same. Really missing the funding plans. Looking like it all has to be done manually. Pretty frustrating when one has over 50 envelopes and paid bi-weekly.

You can set it up automatically. If you choose "auto-fund" it will automatically assign the funds on the dates you select. When you click "History" add a new month, and it will copy the plan from the previous month. You do have to manually create each new month, but that's just a once a month thing. It's definitely not ideal if your income and expenses are highly variable...that's something mvelopes was much better at. But if you're on a fairly consistent bi-weekly pay schedule it should work fine.

For anyone who's confused about the History feature: You have to have a funding plan before your history will appear; otherwise, it will show "No history available." If you are able to fund your envelopes for, say, this month, then you should see a link to set up December in your history. You can copy the current month's funding plan into next months, and so on. You have to do it one month at a time, which is a little clunky, but it will serve the same purpose as the annual funding plan in mvelopes.
